On May 14, Heroines! will hold the belated book launch of ‘Het Begint Met Een Droom’ at the amazing and inclusive bookshop Savannah Bay in Utrecht and they have a list of surprises for you!
There will be a live reading, a book signing, a special Q&A with writer Babs Gons and Heroines! co-founder Bette Adriaanse, exclusive products with art by Femme Ter Haar, and of course foods and drinks, and a fun time! You simply cannot miss this. 
‘Het Begint Met Een Droom’ is the first book in a series of books that tell local heroine’s stories so that more people can find role models that they can actually relate to, and thus find inspiration to fulfill their own potential! Especially for young minds, diverse representation is incredibly important as it helps shape how they see the world and themselves. Heroines! Movement strives to make this representation more accessible for them. 
This first book full of fantastic stories is for all ages and genders though, so be sure to get a copy of your own! And don’t forget to come say hi at the book launch of course!
